Their website has more tips on staying comfortable during your period too, things like dietary suggestions and other goodies. I truly felt empowered when I began to use this...I wanted to tell everyone about it, so I was so excited to hear people had an interest!
Thanks for posting these links, Claudia! The coloring book looks super awesome. It reminds me of the coloring books I had as a child...one was 3 girls that were playing dress up, putting on make-up, etc. This coloring book by Jacinta however, has adorable pictures to color while also teaching awesome lessons to little kids. Sure, most 5 year olds are not going to know what patriarchy is, but 5 year olds are also CURIOUS and I'm sure will ask about it!
