I haven't done much research on this exact topic, but this is very much how I see the interaction of men and women in the workplace today. Yes, more women are entering the workplace, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they are in positions of power, or that their circumstances are dramatically improving. I just found this link to be disgusting- a bunch of gross white men hiring a bunch of pretty white women. What year is this?
Wow I feel like I have just entered the twilight zone. This is exactly how I see companies too, but putting it right in my face is amazing. I thought that Cellular Solutions was a very pro-female work force, but obviously not. Also the women that they have hired are attractive, and that angers me. First off what is attractiveness, second how many women did they not hire because they weren't pretty enough, three this goes straight back into the idea that women=object, and four do some of the women look really seductive in their photos or is that just me?
